What is a Birth Doula?
As a birth doula, I am trained and experienced in providing hands-on support to families throughout the birth process. Doulas complement medical care by providing a steady presence, comfort, and guidance. My role is to accompany you during labor to promote a safe and fulfilling experience, without making decisions for you or intervening in clinical care—always respecting your choices.

I help to improve communication between mom, partner, and the clinical providers to ensure mom’s voice is heard.
